THE NOVEMBER CHALLENGE: Part One
WEEK ONE - ABS.
Do 150 crunches every day/night this week.
W1 Day One: You probably enjoyed a bit of Halloween candy, right? So it’s time for a [partial] detox. No junk food today, no milk, butter/peanut butter, no bread. Eat mostly fresh fruits and/or vegetables. Or, if you’re up to it, try a liquid fast!
W1 Day Two: List your biggest inspirations. Also, share one of your favourite low-calorie recipes/snacks.
W1 Day Three: Challenge yourself to drink as much water and tea as you can today - must be over 2 liters. Post three pictures that are the biggest inspirations to you.
W1 Day Four: Multiply your current weight by 3, and do that many jumping jacks. Also, it’s thin thursday - no junk food! ;) Set a calorie goal for yourself and stick to it!
W1 Day Five: Do 200 crunches today, and try to get in some extra cardio too.
W1 Day Six: Put together some outfits on polyvore.com - clothes you can’t wait to wear when you’re thin.
W1 Day Seven: Do an hour of cardio today, and try to avoid junk food.
